Do You Deliver To My Country?
We offer free shipping to in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece.

How will my order be delivered?
We work together with a best-in-class delivery partner to get your order delivered to you as fast as possible and with the best possible care!
Please note:
- Delivery will be made to the front door of your house/building and to your room of choice if easily accessible. Our delivery partner can only deliver items up to the third floor which are 75kg or less if no lift is available (or if the items do not fit in the lift).
- It’s your responsibility to check that the items will fit through all doors, hallways and staircases in their packaging before you place your order.
- Packaging will not be taken away by the carrier.
Is it ok if I ask my order to be sent to another address than my own?
Of course! As part of the ordering process can choose where we deliver your order, even if it is in another country (out of the list of countries that we deliver to) than the home address you indicated in your account. Please do note that the responsibility of the order is yours once it is delivered to the chosen address.
Can I still change my delivery address?
Sure thing. Up to 24 hours before the product is planned to be dispatched we can still change the delivery address. Just contact us on orders@urbandesignfox.com and we will make it happen!
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
On each product page you can see the indicated dispatch time of the product in question (for example 2 to 6 weeks). This is the estimated time it will take for the product to be manufactured and dispatched to our delivery partner. Remember that our products are being made with the greatest care in Portugal & Spain, so depending on where we are shipping to this can take an additional couple of days.
Note that as part of your order confirmation email we will provide you with a more accurate dispatch estimate based on our production capacity at that time.
How much is the delivery cost?

Remote locations?
We promise we will get your order to you, even if you are based in remote location (within the countries we serve). However, please do note that in this case delivery timing (after product dispatch) can be up to 10 working days.
Can I track my product?
Absolutely! Once you have placed your order you can log in to your account and see exactly at what stage your order is (processing, manufacturing, dispatch, delivery).
If I order several products, will they be delivered at the same time?
It depends. It can be that some products take longer to be manufactured than others. In this case we might already send you the other products earlier so you can enjoy them faster. As part of the order confirmation email we will provide more perspective on the delivery timings of the different items.
How can I make sure someone will be at home when the order is delivered?
We realize this is always a challenge. To help you plan, our delivery partner will be in touch with you after the product has been dispatched to them. They will propose a delivery date and time slot for you to confirm (or reschedule if it isn’t convenient).
What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
If you are not at home when the delivery happens the product will be returned to our delivery partner’s warehouse. A re-delivery might be possible, yet this might also incur extra costs.
What if I want to contact the delivery company?
Once the product is dispatched we will send you an update email. As part of this email we will provide you with a tracking number and the contact details of our delivery partner.
What if my order tracking says my product has been delivered but I haven’t received it?
Although our delivery partner always tries to provide the best possible service, small hiccups do sometimes occur (for example glitch in the IT tracking system, delivery made at your neighbor’s house, etc). Just reach out to us at orders@urbandesignfox.com and we will help to get it sorted asap!
What if my product requires any assembly?
Our products are being designed not only with focus on quality and sustainability, but also with an eye on ease of use. In case your product does require any assembly you can find an easy guide inside the packaging. Unfortunately Urban Design Fox does not offer any standard assembly services, but in case you do prefer assembly help please reach out to us on orders@urbandesignfox.com
